Refunds / Damaged goods

 

Our products are designed and handmade with special care and each item is checked thoroughly in production and prior to posting. However, should your item arrive damaged, please let us know within 48 hours of receipt. Please also retain relevant documents and note any damaged items on the delivery note immediately – this will act as proof for any claims made.

 

We will exchange for the same item providing it is within five days of purchase. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you an alternative design. Please note, if a product has been made to order and custom designed, we are unable to exchange or refund the item.

 

Please do not return damaged goods. If you do send the item back to us, please use a secure method of postage so that your parcel can be traced.

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We resume the right to change prices and products without prior notice. All product information and images including materials, size and colour are intended as a guide only.
